Duck-It Bucket: The Quacktastic Companion for Ducking Jeeps and Cruising Ducks — If you love the thrill of Ducking Jeeps or Cruising Ducks, then you’re about to get your feathers ruffled with excitement. Enter the Duck-It Bucket—a five-gallon bucket brimming with rubber ducks ready for your next ducking adventure! Whether you’re spreading smiles by ducking Jeeps or cruising with a dash of whimsy, this bucket is your ultimate sidekick.
The Duck-It Bucket: What’s It All About?

The Duck-It Bucket isn’t just a container; it’s a portable parade of joy. It’s a must-have for enthusiasts who embrace the fun of handing out rubber ducks to spread positivity and make others’ days brighter. Whether you’re ducking a Jeep with a themed rubber duck or making waves with your Cruising Ducks on a ship, the Duck-It Bucket ensures you’re always ready for action.
All you’ll do is just carry the bucket full of rubber, ducks, and duck all the Jeeps you see at that Jeep rally or go about hiding the ducks on that cruise ship.
You could also use that bucket to put the ducks you receive at the Jeep rally or while you’re on a cruise ship hunting rubber ducks.
What’s inside a Duck-It Bucket?

- A flock of rubber ducks in various themes, colors, and sizes.
I put in about 100 rubber ducks of various sizes, types, etc. and it filled almost half way,
- Optional extras like mini ducked cards, notes, decals, stickers, rubber bands, rubber duck shaped carabiners, other duck related items pens or charms for a personal touch that you want to go ducking with and hand out.
- A lid (optional) to keep your ducks from wandering away (they may be rubber, but they still crave adventure!).
Some places lids are included, while other places they are extra.
Make Your Own Duck-It Bucket
I choose to make my own and here are ways for you to do your own.

Why buy a bucket when you can unleash your creativity and make your own? Crafting a Duck-It Bucket is as simple as 1-2-3.
- Get a Bucket: Start with a standard five-gallon bucket from a local hardware stores, online, Walmart or Firehouse Subs pickle bucket.
Tip: If you use the pickle bucket you may want to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned out. Otherwise your rubber ducks might smell like pickles.

- Decorate It: Let your imagination go wild! Add custom decals, stickers, or even paint it in your favorite theme. You can also include a slogan like “Duck It Buck It!” Or your own custom wording.
Tip: You can get custom decals done with your local print shop. Check with them. Or create your own if you have a Circuit machine and vinyl.
Tip 2: If you cannot fully get the purchase labels off your bucket try Goo Gone type adhesive remover before applying your decal.

- Fill It with Ducks: Stock up on rubber ducks. Choose an array of themes like seasonal, superhero, nautical, or whatever fits your vibe. Mix in some glow-in-the-dark ducks for nighttime fun!
Pro Tip: Attach a handle or strap for easier carrying (or buy a bucket with a handle)—perfect for Jeep convoys or long cruises.
Pre-Made Buckets: Ready to Roll
If DIY isn’t your style, don’t fret—pre-made Duck-It Buckets are also an option. Many rubber duck stores or Jeep accessory stores offer ready-made Duck-It Buckets filled with an assortment of delightful rubber ducks. These buckets often come with unique decals and extras, so you can dive straight into the fun without the prep.
For example: Twin River of the Smokies has premade buckets with rubber ducks ready to go for that next Jeep event or cruise line.
Duck-It Bucket Adventures
Picture this: You’re at a Jeep rally, cruising with your convoy, and your Duck-It Bucket is perched in your passenger seat. With each stop, you share a rubber duck with a friendly note and a smile. Your bucket becomes more than just a carrier—it’s a conversation starter, a mood-lifter, and a symbol of community.
When Cruising on a ship you take your Duck-It Bucket along for the cruise. The waves of joy you spread while handing out ducks to onlookers or hiding for others to find … will leave everyone smiling—quack-tastic memories guaranteed.
Wrapping It Up
The Duck-It Bucket is more than a bucket; it’s a lifestyle. Whether you make your own or snag a pre-made one, it’s the perfect accessory for your ducking adventures. So grab your bucket, fill it with ducks, and get ready to quack up the world one duck at a time.
Note: If the 5 gallon is too big, you can always go smaller. You don’t have to stick to a 5 gallon bucket.
